Reinstate your Indiana Entities

Effective March 13, 2018

Indiana will allow all domestic and foreign entities which have been administratively dissolved or revoked in the last five years to file an application of reinstatement. If the business has been administratively dissolved or revoked for more than five years, it may not be reinstated. The opportunity to reinstate will expire July 31, 2018. Please note that you must allow 4-6 weeks processing time for certificate of clearance requests from the Department of Revenue.
