In Michigan State, a registered agent must be included in the Articles of Organization. This is a person or company that is appointed by the entity to receive any documents, notices, or service of process (SOP) on behalf of the entity. CLASCORP™ is an affiliate of NRAI and offers registered agent services throughout the nation. With over a million SOP’s deliveries to date, clients can trust NRAI to handle all of their critical Service of Process documents with care and reliability.

Recent legislative changes now require Limited Partnerships to complete an individual form for registered agent address changes in Michigan. All other entity forms are able to update their RA address via a bulk filing.

If you have further questions, please contact the CLASCORP™ team directly or visit the below link to learn more about our RA services. http://clascorp.com/RegisteredAgent.cfm
